Shipping Process

Every item is steamed before being packaged and is processed then shipped within 3-5 business days. All packages are sent via USPS. International shipping is available for most countries. When placing an international order, you are agreeing to pay any applicable customs, duties, and/or taxes levied by your country. Items do not ship out with any additional insurance. Blindate Inc. is not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, and/or damaged during shipment. All claims must be filed by the customer to the mail carrier.



Return Policy

Please be aware that all garments are vintage or second-hand and have been previously worn. Each item may show varying degrees of wear and tear that may not be outlined in the description or photos of the listing. All items are thoroughly measured by hand and it is up to you, as the buyer, to decide with the measurements provided, if an item will fit accurately.

If there is an error with your order, please contact us and we will resolve the issue(s) as soon as possible.
